Spring

I love the beginning of Spring.  I grew up in California and did not appreciate spring there as much I do in OHIO.  After such a tiring, gray, long and depressing winter, spring is a breathe of fresh air.  I love seeing little green peeking out of the dirt.  I love seeing birds coming back from their long warm vacation.  I was able to wear a lighter jacket today and it felt great.  I also love SPRING because it is full of new beginning and new chapters.  So much can change from winter and spring.  Winter is full of hibernation and sleep, resting of our souls.  Spring is an awaking of what is to happening, I time for progress to happened and life to express itself in full bloom.  I feel that a lot is going to happened this year and I just know that God is in control of everything, every tiny detail.  I ready to see how God is going to use people in their life.  Spring is full of fun and exciting possibilities!

Continually Learning!

Here are somethings that I am learning about:

1. Desperation for something leads either to a relationship with God or obsession with what we can't have.  I pray that for everyone is that as we are desperate for different in our life we are draw closer to the Creator.  As we our desperation grows and eats at us, we come to a cross road, an ultimatum.  What will be the solution for our desperation, will it be growth or destruction.  When we are desperate and we turn towards God, he is able to heal and restore us.

2.  I am also learning about living in the present and finding joy in life.  This week I made the decision to chose joy in my job and try to be anxious.  Surprisingly I have had a great week, there were some bumps but nothing too major.  I have been able to joyful and find ways to help others find joy.  I have worked to give my anxious thoughts to God and let him be in control.  Life is a lot easier that way.

Don't Blink

I love how Beth Moore explains so much better then I could ever.  These are two quotes that I love from the Bible Study: "Had Isaac and Rebekah conceived the first year, they would have been tremendously less attentive to spiritual purpose and divine participation.  In other words, they might have missed the God-gift." "Our difficulties are filled with meaning and far-reaching effects, leaving warm blessing on our earthly journey.  Our lives are God's "I am here" tag on the map of humanity."  I think we often try to rush God and miss out on the actually blessing in plans give us.  When we fully rely on the Creator and wait on his timing, then we are able to fully receive his blessings.  When we face hardships and "road blocks", theses allow us to totally trust in God completely and not on our own understanding.  All are ways should be devoted to that of the creator.  God wants us to rely on him so that he can use us but also give us blessings.  I love how, everything in life points back to the creator, we just have to be willing to see it.  We have to open our eyes without blinking and see the blessing through the "road blocks" in which allows to shape and model us for his glory.
